Our Fees

Initial Consultation – ¥38,000 + tax

This is a one-hour meeting where we take the time to understand your needs, the scope of your project, and the outcomes you’re hoping to achieve. Whether online or in person, we use this session to ask the right questions, offer early insight, and explore the potential of your space.

Following the consultation, we’ll prepare a return brief that outlines our understanding of the project, a tailored fee proposal, and a preliminary schedule so you know what to expect moving forward.

Should you choose to proceed with us, the consultation fee will be fully credited towards your design package.

初回コンサルテーション　¥38,000（税込別）

この1時間のミーティングでは、お客様のご要望や理想の暮らしを丁寧にお伺いし、プロジェクトの全体像と目的を明確にしていきます。対面またはオンラインにて、お客様の空間の可能性を探りながら、専門的な視点からアドバイスをさせていただきます。

コンサルテーションの後には、弊社が把握したプロジェクト内容をまとめた「リターンブリーフ（要件確認書）」、デザインおよびプロジェクトのお見積書、そして基本的なスケジュール案をお送りいたします。今後の流れを分かりやすくご確認いただけます。

なお、正式にご依頼いただいた場合には、初回コンサルテーション料はデザイン契約金額に充当させていただきます。
